ACCOMMODATION
GUESTHOUSE AT OUR BASE
Our cozy little guesthouse use to be my aunts house, we have restored it and do now rent out 7 rooms here. The rooms are all different, not so big, but rooms giving you a good nights sleep.
The guesthouse is located next door to our home, the border river between Norway and Russia is running right below.
No meals are offered, There is a kitchen you may use. You do need to keep it tidy and clean at all times.
Cleaning of the gueshouse is not included, you need to clean before you leave, we will put new beddings on your beds before new guests arrive.
All rooms are rented out for minimum 2 nights.You choose the rooms you want to book and you will get them and the livingroom/kitchen to yourself during your stay.
Price under is per room per night, but we do charge minimum 3000 kr per booking regardles off how many nights you stay/rooms you would like to book.
ANN & PETTER: double room with private bathroom. 1st floor.

SVERRE: twin room with private bathroom, ground floor.
Price: 1300 NOK per night
LITA & TULLA: HC room, room for 2 adults and 1 child. Family bunk bed. Shared bathroom, ground floor.

LILLEMOR & DOKKA: Twin room with shared bathroom, 1st floor.
Price: 1150 NOK per night
GEORG: Family room with maximum room of 2 adults and 1 child. Loft beds and shared bathroom. 1st floor.

ARNE: Singel room with shared bathroom. 1st floor
Price 900 NOK per night.
ROALD: Singel room with shared bathroom. 1st floor
Price 900 NOK per night.
ALL 7 ROOMS - the whole guesthouse
Price 7000 NOK per night - minimum 2 nights.
Extra:
We charge 3000 kr for cleaning of the guesthouse if you choose not to do this after your stay. The guestshouse should be left tidy and nice even if you choose to let us clean.
End cleaning must be pre booked.
CABINS AT OUR BASE
We have 4 small cabins for rent at our base. All 4 cabins share a bathroom in the main house few meters away. It is electricity and a mini kitchen in the cabins. Water is to be picked up from the main house.
TUNHYTTA - two small bedrooms with bunk beds. Total room for 4 persons.
Price 1200 NOK per night, minimum 2 nights.
Weekrent Sunday-Sunday 6900 kr
MARIUSBUA - cabin for 2 persons, bunk bed.
Price 800 NOK per night, minimum 2 nights.
Weekrent Sunday-Sunday 4500 kr
FISKEBUA - cabin for 2 persons, bunk bed.
Price 900 NOK per night, minimum 2 nights.

ANNEKSET - cabin for 1 person

MYRBEKKOIA - WILDERNESS CABIN
Our wilderness cabin is located in the middle of the valley of Pasvik. Around 10 kilometers along a dirt road. This cabin was once build for the forest workers in the valley.
The cabin is where we have our wilderness feeder during the winter and spring season.
During the summer and fall we do rent it out to guests wanting to go out in the forest on their own.
The cabin does not have running water or electricity. You need to heat up the cabin with woodfire ovens and you may use the gas stove for cooking. Water is picked up in a little stream running right outside the cabin.
Outside you find a cozy bon fire place and a sauna to do a traditional bath.
Price 1500 kr per night, minimum 2 nights.
You will not find duvets/beddings at the cabin, bring your sleeping bag or order duvets when you order the cabin. This must be pre ordered and picked up at BIRK along with the key and delivered there after use.
The cabin must be cleaned properly after use and be ready to welcome new guests. If you like us to clean the cabin after your stay this must be pre booked.
